SPX, DJI Close Lower after All=time Intra-day High...Real Estate Leads Sectors...

The SPX and DJI both made a new all-time intra-day high on Thursday.
 
SPX closed at 4,778 -14.33.
NDX closed at 16,429, -61.91.
 
 
SPY down 1.32 at 476.16, on 55.3 million shares, below average volume, down on slightly higher volume.    
VIX up .38 at 17.33
QQQ down 1.20, -0.30% at 400.35.
 
DIS, JNJ, IBM, WMT led the DJIA, 7 advancers, -15
PENN, TWTR, VIAC, MTCH led the SPX, 182 advancers.
BIDU, PDD, NTES, PTON led the NDX, 40 advancers.
 
The two-year trend term is up.  The one-year trend is up.

Advancers strengthened on Thursday as advancers led 1,847 to 1,472 on the NYSE and led 2,710 to 1,931 on the NASDAQ.
 
The SPY MFC green line continued up at 93.5 and is bullish.  SPY inched to an all-time intra-day high on Thursday.
