QQQ, SPY opened higher and closed at all-time highs once again.
IWM, -0.09, -0.04%, open higher, pulled back after the first hour of trading and had a small rally into the close where it finished near even for the day.

Tuesday: SPX, DJIA, NDX, RUT all-time closing high, RUT HBO 9-month channel
Wednesday: SPX, DJIA, NDX, RUT all-time closing high, FOMC announced, as expected, its tapering process to begin this month.
