SPY, DIA, QQQ Lower Ahead of JPM EPS...IWM Gains...MGM Leads SPX...Real Estate, Discretionary Lead Sectors...

QQQ, SPY and DIA opened lower, reversed and closed slightly lower on an afternoon selloff on below average volume. 
 
Earnings season starts Wednesday BMO on October 13 with JPM, BLK, DAL, FRC reporting.
FOMC minutes released Wednesday at 2 pm ET.
    
 
SPX closed at 4,350 and NDX closed at 14,662.
 
SPY down 1.07 at 433.62, on 71.1 million shares, below average volume, down on higher volume.  
VIX down .15 at 19.85
QQQ down 1.25, -.36% at 357.14
 
 
NKE, CRM, AXP, GS led the DJIA, 7 advancers, +1
MGM, ETSY, ENPH, VFC led the SPX, 237 advancers.
OKTA, CRWD, FAST, SPLK led the NDX, 48 advancers. 
 
The two-year trend term is up.  The one-year trend is up.

Advancers strengthened on Tuesday as advancers led 1,987 to 1,302 on the NYSE and led 2,616 to 1,855 on the NASDAQ.
 
The SPY MFC green line is pointed up at 34.6 and is bullish.  SPY is a MACD divergence bounce test day two.
