NDX, SPX Lead Market Bounce as Buyers Take Control after 3-day Selloff...XLK, XLC Lead Sectors for Second Day..

The SPX opened higher, trended up all day and closed higher.   Semiconductor stocks were amongst the leaders for the second day in a row. 
 
 
DJI +188.11, +0.55%, closed at 34,084.  MSFT, AMGN, BA and AAPL were the largest point gainers on Thursday.
NDX +256.19, +1.94%, closed at 13,494.
SPX +43.44, +1.06%, closed at 4,159.               
 
TSLA +4.14%, bounce at 3-month support.
 
SPY = channel bounce.
DIA = channel bounce.
QQQ = channel bounce & breakout.
IWM = channel bounce.
 
Ten of eleven sectors were higher on Thursday, led by XLK, XLC and XLRE.

Communication Services leaders: VIAC, NWSA, TWTR, TTWO
Real Estate leaders: CBRE, IRM, CCI, O
 
SPY up 4.42 at 415.28, on 78.0 million shares, average volume, up on lower volume. 
VIX down 1.51 at 20.67
 
AAPL, BA, MSFT, AMGN led the DJIA, 24 advancers, +19
ENPH, HRL, VIAC, AMAT led the SPX, 353 advancers.
NTES, MRNA, ZM, MXIM led the NDX, 92 advancers. 
 
The two-year trend term is up.  The one-year trend is up.

Advancers strengthened on Thursday as advancers led 2,213 to 1,090 on the NYSE and led 3,038 to 1,254 on the NASDAQ.
