NDX +15.71, +0.11%, inches to a new closing high at 14,041.
SPX +15.05, +0.36%, ended at 4,185, a closing high.
 
TSLA +0.13%, a reversal BO test, bull flag.
 
SPY = all-time closing high at 417.26.
DIA = all-time closing high at 341.86.
QQQ = all-time closing high at 342.01.

MRNA, ALXN, MNST, BKNG led the NDX, 51 advancers.
