NDX -13.88, -0.11%, did a breakout after making an intra-day new high. 
 
SPX -13.07, -0.35%, closed at 3,709, did a breakout test and is a re-breakout setup.
 

TSLA will join the SPX before the open on Monday.
 
AEP, MRVL MTCH, OKTA, PTON, TEAM will be added to the NDX before the open Monday morning and BMRN, CTXS, EXPE, LBTYA, LBTYK, TTWO, ULTA will be removed.
