SPX, NDX, RUT Bounce Back as TSLA Hits All-time High...

BA +2.37, +1.17%, opened lower and reversed up on the second day after the FAA cleared the 737 Max to fly again after being grounded for 20 months.
 
TSLA +12.63, +2.60%, gapped up and made an all-time new high.   It was announced on Monday that TSLA will be added to the S&P500 before the open on Dec 21.
 
NDX +90.72, +0.76%, bounced after a two-day pullback in a channel bounce from a higher low. 
 
SPX +14.08, +0.78%, closes at 3,581, is a breakout test that moved below recent resistance and formed a three-day bull flag price pattern.
 
Nine of eleven sectors were higher on Thursday, led by XLE, XLK and XLC.
