SPY, QQQ, DIA have formed a 3-day bull flag pattern and are poised for a potential bounce on Friday.

NFLX -37.23, -10.27%, and IBM +6.56, +4.59%, after reporting EPS Wednesday after the close.

The DJIA, closed up 3.12 points at 27,222, led by weakness in IBM, AAPL, MCD, V and AXP.  Closing above 27,000 for the sixth straight day.
