DAL +1.6% on Wed after reporting EPS BMO.  FAST +5.05% today after reporting AMC on Wed.  Tomorrow JPM, WFC and PNC will report BMO and really kick-off earnings season.  Hundreds of companies will report over the next four weeks.

SPX rallied into the close for third day in a row and finished up .11 point after trading lower during the previous four hours.

The DJIA, closed down 14 points at 26,143, led by weakness in UNH, AAPL, and WBA.  Ninth straight close above 26,000 since March 1.

Seven of eleven sectors were higher on Thursday, led by industrials XLI +0.86% and financials XLF +0.60%.

SPY down .08 at 288.21 on 55.0 million shares, 24% below average volume. Down on higher volume.

VIX down .28 at 13.02

Oil down .76 at 63.71

TLT down .73 at 123.55 on 8.6 million shares. 

BA +1.43%, WMT +1.20%, led the DJIA, 17 advancers, -3

KR +3.04%, URI +2.94% and FLR +2.84%, led the SPX.

FAST +5.05%, AAL +2.32%, JBHT +2.27%, and FOXA +1.67%, led the NDX.

Long term up trend intact.  3-day short term trend is sideways.
