Five sectors were higher on Thursday, led by financial XLF +0.94% and real estate XLRE +0.86%.  FRT, REG, EQIX, HCP, SBAC and KIM led real estate.

ANSS, BDX, YUM, FRT, REG, EQIX, NRG, ZTS, MRO and ALL moved higher on positive eps reaction.

SPY up .10 at 257.59 on 56.4 million shares, 6% below average volume.  Up on higher volume.
VIX down .27 at 9.93
Oil up .47 to 54.74
TLT up .55 at 125.30…on 7.1 million shares, 5% below average.  Up on lower volume.


BA +1.60%, and UTX +1.12%, led the DJIA, 18 advancers.
ANSS +9.65%, LB +8.00% and BDX +7.67% led the SPX.
CHKP +3.50%, ORLY +3.35%, CSX +2.93%, ADBE +2.66%, and QCOM +2.58%, led the NDX.

Intermediate and long term up trend intact.  3-day short term trend is up.

Up: DIA, IWM, SPY
Down: QQQ,

Breadth was mixed on Thursday as decliners led 1,466 to 1,430 on the NYSE and advancers led 1,558 to 1,294 on the NASDAQ.

The SPY MFC green line is in upper zone at 92 bullish.
