Futures Point to a Higher Open...AAPL Reports After the Close...

BMO – ES +8.00 and NQ +16.50 futures are higher about 90 minutes before the open in pre-market trading and point to a higher open on Tuesday…volume is light for pre-market with more stocks quoting down than up…Financial stocks, XLF is quoting up 20 cents on 6,200 volume in pre-market…AAPL reports after the close…

On Monday when VIX was up and the SPX down, bond ETF TLT was down and TNX interest rates were flat…while at the same time support on the SPX was holding…suggesting that there was not a flight to bonds or quality on Monday’s selloff…This morning the SPX is rallying and financials XLF are also up…

TLT is down 4 cents and the Euro is up 74 pips in premarket trading…

NDX leaders AAPL, AMZN, BIDU, GOOG, NFLX, PCLN and QCOM are quoting higher in pre-market trading…

HAL, IBM, MOS, STLD, SWK, WYNN and ZION reported earnings on Monday and are trading higher in pre-market…
