SPX, DJI New All-time Closing High...Utilities, Health Care, Technology Lead Sectors...After-hours: DELL, ADSK, HPQ, CRWD fall on EPS Reactions...

SPX +34.26, 6,021, made a new all-time closing high.  The DJI closes at 44,860, also an all-time closing high.  The RUT paused on Tuesday just short of an all-time high.

NDX +0.57% rallied modestly, as mega-caps lifted the index.

SMCI -3.98, -10.36%, pulled back after rising 113% over the prior seven days.


After-hours: DELL -14.58, -10.29%, ADSK -28.46, -8.95%, HPQ -3.07, -7.85%, and CRWD -12.30, -3.85%, all fell on negative EPS reactions.


Mega caps AMZN, MSFT, META, AAPL, GOOGL, NVDA, BRK/B rose and TSLA, fell on Tuesday.


SPY up 3.12 at 600.65, 45.4 million shares, above average volume,
VIX down .50 at 14.10
QQQ up 2.72 at 509.31

AMZN, MSFT, WMT, MMM led the DJIA, 21 advancers, -3   
NRG, CEG, SJM, VST, WDC led the SPX, 272 advancers

The SPY MFC green line moved up to 84.6 and is short-term bullish. +5.7.
