SPX Closes Higher Above the HOLD...Energy, Financials, Industrials Lead Sectors...Barr to Senate on Tuesday 10 am ET...

-Financial sector continued buying support, XLF +1.39%
-FRC +1.46, +11.81%, KRE +0.38, +0.87%, regional banks at support.
-VIX closed .87 lower.
-Barr, Fed Vice Chair of Supervision released prepared statement before
-Senate testimony tomorrow at 10 am ET.
-FTNT was a horizontal breakout on Monday.
-META, PANW, ORCL horizontal breakout setups.
 
/CL and TNX closed higher, while TLT, GLD and DXY moved lower.

Mega caps TSLA, rose and AMZN, NVDA, AAPL, MSFT, META, GOOGL fell.

SPY up .74 at 396.49, on 74.0 million shares, below average volume, up on lower volume.
VIX down 1.14 at 20.60
QQQ down 2.13 at 308.76.

IBM, JPM, AXP, MRK led the DJIA, 22 advancers, +1
FRC, IFF, HPE, CMA led the SPX, 372 advancers
FANG, WBD, CPRT, CSX led the NDX, 46 advancers.

The two-year trend term is sideways.  The one-year trend down a little.
