SPX -56.10, 7,547, pulled back slightly and closed below the low of Tuesday, the high day. Breadth weakened as advancers dropped, and decliners led on both the NYSE and NASDAQ exchanges.

NVDA -8.07, -3.62%, opened and closed lower, on 159.1 million shares.

MU +15.47, +1.45%, closed at a new all-time high with a $1.217 trillion-dollar market cap. 

HPE -1.00 -1.78%, pulled back in an earnings flag pattern after reporting a better-than-expected results and guidance Monday after the close. 

After hours: CRWD -76.61, -10.25% reported earnings: Q1 Adj. EPS $1.10 beats $1.07 estimate, Sales $1.386B beat $1.363B estimate.

SPY -0.70%, pulled back, slightly above average volume of 51 million shares.

VIX +0.29, 16.06,

NDX -0.29% hit a new intraday high before closing slightly lower.

DJI, 50,687, -1.21%, closed lower.

Mega caps META, WMT, MU, LLY, BRK/B rose and TSLA, AVGO, GOOGL, AAPL, TSM, AMZN, MSFT, NVDA fell on Wednesday.

The SPY MFC green line is higher at 96.3, and price-action is short-term bullish. -1.6
