Nasdaq and Russell Above Friday's High

Just over two hours into Monday's trading both the Nasdaq and Russell are positive and above Friday's high. The DJIA and S&P are still negative and below Friday's high. AAPL has erased its early weakness and at this moment is a bullish engulfing pattern on Friday's hammer.
